Our family-run establishment in the heart of Sulden, looking straight over to the Ortles Mountain, is now in the hands of the third generation of our family.
Our house, fully renovated in 2019, comprises four holiday apartments and two private family apartments with panoramic views, fresh mountain air and an unmistakeable Alpine character.
Surrounded as it is by mountains, Sulden is not a destination for stopover tourism. In the words of some of our guests, the all-round mountain panorama is permeated with a “very special magic.”

The ski rental in Sulden
On the ground floor of the Alpenrose you will find Sport Sepp, our specialist sporting goods store where we provide you with the best and best-known brand-label equipment in the sports sector.
We also offer professional skis and snowboard servicing for all levels of ability, from beginner through to ski racers. Naturally, you will receive advice and assistance from the owner-family in person, tailored precisely to your requirements.
Erwin ("Sepp") and his youngest son Dominik in Rental & Service are always on hand to offer you advice and assistance. With his countless years of experience, Sepp is a true expert in skiing techniques, and Dominic is following in his footsteps.
We have all been enthusiastic skiing and winter sport fans ever since we were children, and look forward to sharing our passion with you.
René, the second-oldest son of the family, is a former ski racer and now works as a ski instructor at the Sulden ski school.
